  20.       the given 3-D     point    (default  ----aaaatttt 0000    0000 0000)  with  the     given
  21.       corner  of the text (default ----aaaalllliiiiggggnnnn cccc).  Alignment specs are
  22.       like geographic directions; ----aaaalllliiiiggggnnnn sssswwww    puts the ``at''     point
  23.       at  the  ``southwest'' corner    of the text, so    that its lower
  24.       left corner is at that coordinate.

  26.       The corresponding VECT object    is written to standard output.
  27.       If no    non-blank text characters are given, hhhhvvvveeeecccctttteeeexxxxtttt produces
  28.       a null geom object ("{ }") as    output.

  30.       The special option --------    marks the end of options; it's    useful
  31.       in case the text itself begins with a    hyphen.

  40.       the  first  line  of output from hvectext is an OOGL comment
